Embrace Neurodiversity is a multidisciplinary team supporting neurodivergent people to participate in everyday life on their own terms.
We work in ways that respect each person’s choices, preferred communication, dignity and autonomy.
Our team includes occupational therapy, speech pathology and disability support.

Join our team
Shifts are offered around your stated availability, including university and placement commitments.
Paid induction and role-specific training are provided.
You’ll work from clear support plans, with supervision and escalation support available when needed.
Buddy shifts are provided where appropriate.
What we provide

use each person’s preferred communication method and ask for clarification when needed
follow each person’s support plan and work within your role and training
attend agreed shifts and let us know promptly if their availability changes
ask for guidance when something is outside your role, training or a participant’s support plan
accept feedback and participate in role-specific training
Before applying, please ensure you have your:
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Check (NDISWC)
Police Check (within the last 12 months)
First Aid & CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (recommended)
